At PCD Consulting Group, we believe that enhancing decision-making can make inclusivity the default in systems, cultures, and behaviors. As a purpose-driven organization, we aim to advance society and the economy through the promotion and application of scientific thinking, leveraging the power of AI and Big Data.

Our passion lies in understanding the drivers behind human decisions and using this knowledge to influence behavior through inclusive, empirically validated nudges. We focus on changing systems, not people, ensuring that our interventions lead to sustainable, inclusive growth for organizations and communities alike.

Philosophy

Health and happiness are at the heart of our relationships with public and private organizations to change behavior at scale we live by the following:

  • Healthy people, make more informed choices. Seems Simple? There’s a catch! We are human.

    Health starts in our homes, schools, workplaces, neighborhoods, and communities.

    Our happiness and health are determined in part by access to social and economic opportunities, resources and supports available to us.

    Understanding Social Determinants of Health (SDoH) directly impacts our choices.

    Misunderstanding creates roadblocks, unfair decisions, inequality.

    And decidedly unhealthy and  unhappy people.

    All humans deserve an equal opportunity to make the choices that lead to good health and happiness.

    Bias creates roadblocks, unjust decisions, and inequality, leading to decidedly unhappy people.

    Yet, experience is important and valued.

    So, how do we, as naturally flawed humans, create a motivated workforce?
